My Graduation
My time spent at the College of Charleston was a little longer and a lot more challenging than most of my fellow graduates. I would take off a semester, sometimes even a year, in hopes of finding an easier way out, to make money, move to California… only to return to the city I love and call home. After much advice, life lessons, and self-reflection, I came back to the College in January of 2009 self-assured and eager to move on. The ceremony was beautiful and everything I hoped it would ever be. I have never been more proud of myself or made such a huge accomplishment. This simply was the happiest day of my life, so far.

The Alchemist by Paulo Cuelho is by far my favorite book. I highly recommend it.
